DONATIONS – Investing in Excellence

All donations support Poway High School.  For your convenience we offer three options for making your gift to Poway High Foundation – Online Donations, by Check and Monthly Pledge.  Your donations may be tax deductible and we are classified by the Internal Revenue Service as a public charity 501c(3) organization with a tax identification number of 33-0823876.  Please consider if your employer offers "Matching Donations."  To check if your company offers matching funds, please go to Matching Gifts. 
Core Funds
  • Parents Fund – Provides support for Academic and Co-curricular programs as prioritized by the Foundation board and the administration. This funding includes instructional technology and supplies, academic field trips, materials and supplies to support programs, and counseling services. 
  • Principal's Vision Fund – Supports emerging needs and priorities identified by school leadership. 
  • Alumni Fund – Provides support for programs and initiatives of the Alumni Association.
  • Athletics Fund – Supports specific needs and programs of our athletic teams.
Specific programs and improvements
  • Student Services Counseling Program – Designated donations that provide students with education programs on drug and alcohol abuse and intervention, individual and group counseling in times of crisis and emergency support.
  • Memorial & Tribute Gifts – A memorial or tribute gift is a special way to honor someone in your life, celebrate a birth or remember a loved one who is no longer with you while also helping support the Poway High School community.
  • Todd Gutschow Memorial Scholarship - Your donation to this memorial will go towards supporting the next generation of exceptional Poway High students.

How to Donate . . . We offer Three Choices

Online Donation

The Foundation has an online donation web portal that accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.  Your donations are processed on a secure site. You can also view your donation history, update your profile or print out a receipt.
